These Terms apply to your use of the Coastal Coast Oasis website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This site and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and above only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. Full settlement occurs at departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and above. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits may be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Coastal Coast Oasis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
